We have to make an apology… when you hire this gorgeous fully licensed mobile bar to serve your party drinks, he will look so fabulous in your garden you won’t want him to leave. The only (very regular) client request we have to decline is that we can’t leave him in your garden as a permanent feature. Sorry, but he has parties to go to, guests to serve. Of course the ever popular @thewinekegcompany fizz was also on tap - it really is the perfect party drink, maybe a little too easy to drink!! Add a delicious flavoured gin liqueur to the fizz and the very simple “ginsecco” cocktail is created. The spirit shelf doesn’t get much air time but it does deserve a big shout out. Located at the back of the van, the beautifully lit deep shelf and space beneath it can hold up to 14 bottles of gin (or vodka, rum, whisky…). The wind and rain on Friday night meant we had to close up the back of the van, which is where the official gin shelf is. We had a bit of a move around and a smaller selection of gin (about 6 bottles) was displayed next to the taps. For such a small bar it’s amazing to think there are 160 glasses of Prosecco and 88 pints of beer hidden away in kegs, ready to be poured and sipped.
